UE’s outstanding grad Navor is TOSP national finalist

University of the East (UE) alumnus Richardson Navor was chosen to represent the National Capital Region at the annual 2008 Ten Outstanding Students of the Philippines (TOSP) Awards. He joins 30 national finalists in this year’s TOSP search.

A scholar of the UE-Tan Yan Kee Foundation, Inc., Navor graduated with a BS Accountancy degree, Magna Cum Laude from the UE Caloocan College of Business Administration. He was awarded the Outstanding Graduate Award, the College Distinguished Graduate Award and the Leadership Award for Men during UE’s 2008 Year-End Commencement Rites.

The TOSP National Awarding Ceremonies for the final ten awardees is on Thursday, July 17 at the Malacañang Palace with President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo as guest of honor.
Organized by the RFM Foundation, Inc. and RFM Corporation in cooperation with Philippine Long Distance Telephone Co., Commission on Higher Education, Rotary Club of Makati -Central and National Bookstore, Inc., the TOSP Awards Program is a fitting recognition of youths that demonstrated scholastic excellence and ideal leadership through active participation in worthwhile extra-curricular activities, community service and possessing good moral values
